Package: £ 39, plus benefits + Career Progression

In addition to an annual bonus, our Estate Managers can earn additional UNCAPPED bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,500

Hours: 38.75 per week, mixture of weekday and weekend shifts.

Development Information: Wilton Court is an elegant Retirement Living PLUS development, of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, home to a vibrant and friendly community for the over 70s. Ideally situated in historic Warwickshire town of Kenilworth, less than a quarter of a mile from the town centre. The estate has its own restaurant, communal area and landscaped gardens.

About you:

  • You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
  • Committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy and empowered to live life to the full.
  • Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
  • Must have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.(Consideration will be given those those who are in the process of completing their qualification too.)
  • Confident and experienced people manager who is able to bring the best out of their team.
  • Experience of running senior living or care development and have understanding of the Health and Safety, property management and the budgetary requirements needed to do this successfully.
