  • Providing a first class customer service to customers.
  • Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Providing RAMS and using the inhouse systems.
  • Maintaining information on client portals.
  • Answering telephone calls from clients, suppliers and engineers, dealing with queries.
  • General office duties
**Requirements for the HVAC Administrator role: - **- Car driver is essential for this role due to the location.

  • Ideally experience within a similar role.
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths.
  • Bright and selfmotivated individual with good organisational skills.
  • Experience of Job logic would be a distinct advantage.
