Duties included within this role, but not limited to the following

Payroll

  • On a weekly basis undertake the duties of a Timewriter to ensure the accurate input of worked hours and absences into the Mpower specified task being:
  • Review and chase missing sheets of personnel
  • Counter sign B-UK timesheet to evidence Agency timesheet that have been entered in Mpower this timesheet will be attached to the Agencies invoice to process payment.
  • Ensure hours recorded to job numbers, authorized absence and holidays are to be recorded for both agency workers and direct employees on a weekly basis
- certification forms, Doctor's notes and other absence forms.

  • Ensure all data entries in Mpower are to be completed by no later than 2.00pm each Friday
  • Any missed deadlines or amendments are to be recorded by the Timewriter and statistics issued on a weekly basis to show number of people time written, missed deadlines if applicable and amendments made
  • Provide a payroll query service for all B-UK employees on the Contract

HR

  • Facilitator for the use of the Clients ELF system, which validates hours on Site
  • Complete relevant section of Onboarding/Offboarding and transfer checklists and submit as soon as possible
  • Involvement in the PAAF/TAF process to notify the Client of manning changes
  • Facilitate the issuing and retrieval of all IT eqpt

CMMS Operator (SAP)

  • Maintain the SAP HR files for all Contract personnel

- **General Office Duties*
  • Provide clerical support to the B-UK Mgmt Team upon request
  • Provide support to administrative document control processes
  • Provide support to Training Administration upon request
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to the role through the identification of improvement opportunities
