We are currently partnering with an organisation based in

Stoke-on-Trent , who are recruiting for a

HR & Payroll Co-ordinator

to join their team on a

permanent

basis.

This is a

full-time

position, offering 2 days' working from home, with a salary of

£30,000 , plus profit bonus and competitive benefits.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):nDealing with HR matters across the organisation and helping to prepare and process 2 bureau payrolls per month for 350 staffnAssisting with recruitment and completing starter, onboarding and leaving processesnCompleting P11D and RTI SubmissionsnManaging pension schemes, contribution payments and pre payroll processingnContributing to culture, engagement and other project work across the businessnAssisting the HR BP when needed with project work such as TUPE and Acquisitions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
nPre payroll process experiencenStrong with systems and ITn3 years of relevant experiencenPassion for working within HR
