About Our Client:


One of the fastest growing Aviation & Defense business in Europe specialising in aftermarket material solutions to airlines and MROs with quality used material to reduce maintenance costs whilst maintaining the quality and integrity of the aircraft you see flying today.

The Key responsibilities of the asset sales administrator is the following

  • Identify new sales activities on Major Assets
  • Respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ's)
  • Negotiate purchase prices and payment terms.
  • Manage and process exchange, lease, sale and repair orders.
  • Ensure Major Assets sales meet expected budget requirements
  • Provide regular reports in relation to sales
  • Proposal and Presentation preparation
  • Liaison with internal Technical departments regarding Technical Packs / Tech records queries
  • Produce and distribute marketing flyers & push lists relating to Teardown Assets
  • Liaise with the MRO department regarding the cost and management of asset repairs
  • Obtain market pricing and intelligence

A successful Asset Sales Administrator would have the following

  • Willingness to learn and ability to work using own initiative and manage priority of workload.
  • Team player and selfmotivated, strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work within a small team of highly motivated individuals in a fastmoving environment.
  • Professional and courteous
  • Strong customer service and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

  • Relevant experience in a sales or admin related role.
