We're on the lookout for a n exceptional Marketing leader to join our dynamic team as BRC's first ever Senior Director of Marketing & Fundraising.
In this new and pivotal role, you'll develop and implement, brand, marketing and engagement strategies for one of Britain's most loved and high-profile brands.
You'll be the driving force behind our strategic marketing efforts, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our mass fundraising and awareness goals.
This role is critical as BRC's mass fundraising accounts for 80% of our total funds raised .As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you'll have the unique opportunity to guide from the frontlines, directing our collective efforts towards success.

Wondering about a day in the life of a Senior Director of Marketing & Fundraising? Direct the newly formed Marketing & Mass Fundraising team to execute a bold strategic plan.
Develop and drive a clear vision for marketing and mass fundraising at the British Red Cross (BRC).Achieve £100 million or more in income from the mass public while diversifying fundraising for long-term growth.
Direct all Marketing and Mass Fundraising campaigns to achieve strategic objectives.
Shape the BRC brand to align with organizational goals and fundraising strategies.
Drive creative development of propositions, narratives, and content across marketing channels.
Ensure ethical content gathering and curation for compelling storytelling.
Manage a budget of approximately £25 million for maximum return on investment and brand impact.
What do you need to be a successful Senior Director of Marketing & Fundraising?
Strategic thinker skilled in problem-solving, crafting robust strategies, and shaping long-term plans.
Financially savvy, excelling in interpreting data and delivering impactful results.
Highly data literate with strong analytical skills, fostering networks to cultivate relationships.
Proficient in leveraging paid media to drive income and amplify marketing impact.
Demonstrates exceptional creative judgement and storytelling abilities.
Deep understanding of mass public fundraising trends and marketplace dynamics.
Extensive experience managing budgets and providing comprehensive performance reporting.
Proven expertise in brand strategy development and management.
