Your new role
The Team Administrator will work closely with all members of the Development & Leasing Team providing essential administrative support.

The role will also involve the project side of the business with exposure to the breadth of the function (Sales, Leasing,Design / Procurement, Programme Management & Compliance) and opportunities to assume additional responsibilities through data analysis and reporting.


  • Team administration to include meeting management.
  • Maintaining Team folders held on Shared Drives / One Drive and contact lists of Corporate Partners and MUOs.
  • Opportunities to help with adhoc analysis, general reporting and this includes preparing presentations.
  • Maintaining the Leads Centre and ensuring all brochures are sent and leads are followed up
  • Manage trade memberships
  • Preparing and submitting key documentation associated with new sales and transfers in close coordination with Franchisees
  • Identifying issues and escalating for quick resolution.
  • Responsible for preparing the agendas and issuing actions post approvals.
  • Submitting New design requests which include scoping documents and plans.
  • Reviewing and approving equipment orders against drawings (no experience necessary) as well as approving the release of equipment to site.
  • Supporting the compliance process preopening.
  • Supporting the Leasing team by printing & imaging lease documents
  • Sending / posting legal documents to external stakeholders
  • Maintaining local hard / soft copy storage facilities and assisting with data gathering which will extend to informing Accounts Payable on changes to rent payments under the supervision of the Leasing Team.

  • Experience in projects
  • Good administrative background
  • Hospitality experience is preferable
