The Role:

  • Establish and maintain longterm client relationships
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients
  • Understand client requirements
  • Mange any incoming client queries or escalations
  • Liaise with other internal departments
  • Generate new sales leads, research opportunities, and identify decision makers
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Support any sales campaigns, initiatives, and activities
  • Work to monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Manage an effective sales pipeline
  • Analyse market data and product range to maximise profit margin
  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Enjoys working in a targetdriven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
  • Commerciallyaware, preferably with previous experience of managing a sales pipeline
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience within the chemical industry is desirable, but not essential
