Hybrid - travel across the estate and to Head Office in London will be required I am recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing leisure brands in the UK. Your mission is pretty clear: you need to bring unrivalled and memorable fun and enjoyment to our audiences through the brand. Cultivating brand love through truly innovative branded content, campaigns, and experiences. With a boundless energy and passion, you'll mastermind and execute meticulously planned marketing campaigns that captivate and inspire. What do we need from you?
  • 3+ years proven experience in customer marketing or customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Self-sufficient in building automated customer comms workflows using marketing automation technology e.g. Salesforce, Dot Digital, HubSpot.
  • Enjoy planning, creating and/or briefing content creation for customer comms; excellent copywriter and proof-reader.
  • Knows data compliance/GDPR really well. As well as how to effectively target and manage customer data.
  • Proven eye for detail in mapping out customer journeys and improving customer experience.
  • Proficient at using CRM and email distribution tools. Knows how to manage customers through data, comms, and tech. And is able to use Microsoft Office.
What is your role?
  • Map out all the key customer journeys to improve customer experience and grow value.
  • Track and measure the impact of all customer marketing initiatives and campaigns to enable reporting and evaluation.
  • Support the Brand Manager in managing socials and building a community of high performing social media champions.
  • Full ownership of email and SMS channels. Including production, delivery, reporting and evaluation.
