For our TASCHEN office inLondon , we are looking for a CRM Manager for the management of strategicCRM activities for the business, helping to manage our CRM software, acquirenew customers, re-engage inactive customers and increase the long-term loyaltyof our already engaged customers.

Lead the implementation of a new CRM software
Create, own and execute the CRM strategy for both B2C and B2B
Organize our existing customer and contact data
Organize and segment our content to be targeted at the right customergroups
Keep up to date with industry best practice and trends to build abest-in-class CRM programme
Take ownership of and develop our customer referral programme
Previous experience in CRM in one of the S&P 500 companies or bigtech
Experience building and managing one of the leading CRM software(dynamics 365 or salesforce preferred)
Experience working with and overseeing email marketing automation
