Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our team.
As an
Kitchen Assistant/Cook, you will work closely with our Head Chef and culinary team to prepare and execute high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Kitchen Assistant/Cook Pay Rate:
£12.82 per hour
Kitchen Assistant/Cook Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 09:00am to 14:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Following recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Supporting inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Contributing creative ideas for menu development and specials.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
