As an
Kitchen Assistant/Cook, you will work closely with our Head Chef and culinary team to prepare and execute high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.


Location:

Kitchen Assistant/Cook Pay Rate:
£12.82 per hour

Kitchen Assistant/Cook Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 09:00am to 14:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Following recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Supporting inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
  • Contributing creative ideas for menu development and specials.
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
