Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and oversee the preparation of menus, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef and catering management team to develop innovative and seasonal menus.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor food costs and implement effective cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting.
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
