We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Premier Inn Addlestone. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of all hotel areas
  • Recruit, train, and develop Housekeeping staff to achieve their full potential
