We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join a Privately Owned Family Run Housebuilder , leading the site team in the development of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom contemporary homes.
Your role will involve:
- Managing the construction of multiple homes according to specified design and quality standards
- Overseeing the project from land handover to final legal completion, ensuring adherence to budget and the annual build programme
- Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, customer service, and environmental sustainability
- Completing the scheme consisting of around 70 units within a 2-year timeframe
Current site team includes: Assistant, site-based customer care technician, FLT Driver, and Labourer
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive health and safety culture on site
- Ensuring each home is constructed to the specified design and standards with a focus on zero defects
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the construction process
