Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (hybrid option is available 3 days in office / 2 days remote)


Assignment:

Are you an organised, proactive, and forward-thinking individual? If so, this could be the perfect role for you

Duties:

  • Ordering office supplies when required
  • Completing inductions for new starters
  • Liaising with lease and hire companies daily
  • Working closely with internal staff based in various locations
  • Responsible for all administration duties
  • Ensuring the internal system is updated and logged correctly
  • Take bookings for meeting rooms
  • Arrange flights and accommodation for members of staff
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and ensuring they check in correctly
  • Checking and restocking office supplies

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage your own workload
  • Good understanding of SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
