This post requires a dedicated individual who can demonstrate a passion for the Trusts leadership behaviours to support our Phlebotomy Team to continue to provide a high quality and timely service to our patients within their own homes.
This opportunity is open to those with existing line management experience or someone who can demonstrate the desire and motivation to develop into the requirements of the role, whilst working with the support of the Operational Manager for the Service and Team Leads.
The Phlebotomy Service currently operates Monday - Friday
**As a service we also offer blended working arrangements for this position.
