We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Phlebotomy Administrator to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Phlebotomy service, ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic patient record system, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the organization and upkeep of administrative systems, including data collection and entry.
- Support the Phlebotomy team in providing a seamless journey for patients from admission to discharge.
- Use the electronic patient record system (SystmOne) to complete electronic referrals and tasks.
- Assist with data collection for audit purposes and contribute to the improvement of our services.
- Order and monitor equipment, ensuring sufficient stores are in place for various equipment.
- Experience with databases and Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
