The Role
Join us at Northern Ireland Hospice as a dedicated Shop Manager. Your role is pivotal in maximising income from our shop while ensuring impeccable management of finances, staff, volunteers, stock, and premises. Drive sales targets, maintain superior customer care, and uphold our esteemed reputation. Your duties include effective income generation, meticulous management, outstanding customer service, and staff development. If you're passionate about making a difference and have a knack for effective management, apply now to lead our team and support our cause.
- 4 GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications).
- 2+ years' retail experience in a supervisory/management capacity.
- Experience of sales floor merchandising and stock display.
- A team player, hands-on manager who is self-motivated and resilient, with a positive and proactive outlook, with the ability to motivate others.
