Your RoleAs a Customer Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience.
You will be expected to demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company, while adhering to company procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and their benefits, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
