Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, creating a unique brand experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Team Management
  • Provide inspiration and guidance to the sales team, setting clear expectations and leading by example.
  • Support and drive the business strategy through strong teamwork and effective communication.
Customer Service and Experience
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and a unique brand experience.
  • Meet individual and store sales targets by maximizing sales opportunities through upselling, link-selling, and add-on sales.
Operations and Logistics
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining store operations in line with brand expectations and company practice.
  • Assist in maintaining housekeeping standards, ensuring all front and back of house areas are clean and tidy.
Stock Management and Loss Prevention
  • Effectively maintain best practice within both stock room and the store office to ensure all stock and administration is in line with company guidelines.
  • Protect stock and other company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention within the team and through store compliance with security procedures.
