Are you an experienced Pastoral Support Worker seeking the next step in your educational career? Or are you a Pastoral Manager seeking your next opportunity in a supportive, inclusive Secondary School?


Tradewind Recruitment are proudly supportive a mainstream Secondary School in Brent to appoint a Pastoral Manager to their inclusion team.

This is a full time, long term contract that will continue until the end of the academic year in the first instance withthe view to become permanent thereafter.

This position is offered at a daily rate between £100 - £120 per day based on experience.


As a Pastoral Manager, you will oversee the effective functioning of the pastoral systems and teams in Key Stage 3.

You will oversee student welfare, attendance, punctuality, discipline and uniform as well as develop and implement Pastoral Support Plans, especiallyto help students at risk of exclusion.


To be successful in the Pastoral Manager opportunity in Brent, you will:


  • Hold minimum of two years' experience within Pastoral Mentoring within Secondary Schools (or similar experience):

Have the ability to create rapport and relationships with students, staff and families within the school community:


  • Have excellent Behaviour Management skills:
