The primary responsibility of the Student Behavior Management Coordinator is to oversee the internal reflection unit and support students in understanding the consequences of their actions while engaging them in productive academic activities.

  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of policies that align with the academy's values and ethos.
  • Ensure that the internal reflection unit serves as a constructive space for learning and self-reflection.
