Talent Acquisition Administrator


Location: 183 Eversholt St, London NW1 1BU/Home (agile working)

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Talent Acquisition Partner


Purpose of the Role:

To support the Talent Team in the recruitment of staff across the Trust.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partners in their aligned cluster areas to manage and coordinate the recruitment
and selection processes for our schools and the central team.

  • Assist with amending, editing and improving adverts based on best practice guidance.
  • Support with advertising and posting the latest open opportunities on various job boards/advertising
platforms, ensuring all outlets are being fully utilised.

  • Liaise with applicants at the relevant stages of the recruitment process.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partner(s) with recruitment campaigns to execute recruitment strategy.
  • To assist and provide support within the research, coordination, and administration of to identify
  • To cover recruitment inbox as required to provide first-line support for recruitment queries.

  • Work collaboratively with the Talent team to promote social media campaigns using LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest and other viable platforms.

  • Work collaboratively with the HR Hubs to support and coordinate shortlisting and interviews.
  • To assist Talent Acquisition Partners with administration of recruitment data to identify behaviours and trends.
  • Tracking and supplying PO numbers to external providers to ensure payment of invoices.
  • Support the Talent team to improve and develop existing processes.
  • Ensure all relevant systems and documents are up to date to capture all recruitment activities.
  • Support the wider Talent team as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Partners to organise and attend recruitment fairs and events as
and when required.
