Overview / Responsibilities:


Wood is recruiting for a Senior PMO Project Administrator to a provide project administrative and global PMO support to the day to day operations and delivery of the Oracle P&O projects.

This role is working on a fixed term basis until December 2023 and can be based in any of our UK offices, on a hybrid-working basis.


Responsibilities

  • Assists project teams with daytoday support of the project or site
  • Organizes and expedites flow of work through project or site and initiates follow up action
  • Maintains knowledge of project status, scheduling requirements, and departmental operations/procedures
  • Assists with setup, development and coordination of sitespecific PMP and PIFs
  • Sets up and maintains hard copy and electronic site file directories
  • Issues and approves access to shared project drives and websites
  • Performs clerical, administrative and general office duties including transcription, typing, and recording
  • Ensures reports and documents follow company and project standards and quality
  • Manages project specific forms and instructions
  • Coordinates, schedules and prepares information for meetings and appointments
  • Assists field operations with completion of daily time sheets
  • Assists with onboarding/orientation of personnel
  • Produce and manage test plans
  • Liaise with business to identify UAT participants
  • Manage UAT system access, responsibilities and logistics
  • Track and analyse test cycle progress
  • Work with functional leads to ensure business requirements & scenarios for test scope are captured and tracked
  • Liaise with data teams to ensure test data is available when required
  • Work within the test team on a variety of projects to ensure test cycles are managed to adhere to project delivery deadlines

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as Project Administrator or PMO Administrator
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Oracle experience advantageous
  • Ability to correspond and interact with others in a courteous and professional manner
