As a
Customer Service Advisor, you will be on the first port of call for customers handling queries and ensuring full customer satisfaction with good business acumen.

Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries over the phone, or online.

Provide support and a comprehensive service to customers with the willingness and ability to investigate queries to bring to a resolution.

GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics essential
