Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor

Job Summary:

Aptean is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Delivery Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our transportation services.
  • Support with administrative tasks associated with the provision of transport and system services.
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to support on-site operations and ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our systems and planning process.
  • Support the team with client requests for data or analysis.
  • Manage our systems to ensure automated and manual orders are successfully planned.
  • Support clients with on-site operational issues.
  • Audit carrier invoices and analyze backing data and discrepancies.
  • Create key carrier reports to monitor ongoing performance.
  • Attend carrier meetings to discuss performance, account, and system reviews.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Highly organized with a background in admin support (preferred).
