As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiplenIT projects simultaneously, ensuring that engineering resources are allocated effectively tonmeet project timelines and objectives.

You will collaborate closely with different teams to drivenIT projects forward.


You will also have good IT troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deal 1st Line and other deskside issues both remotely and in person.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, including updating tickets and ensuring timely resolution of issues.n
  • Work closely with service owners and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.n
  • Allocate engineering resources efficiently to meet project timelines and objectives.n
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.n
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and business objectives.n
  • Act as the conduit between the customers, engineers and other stakeholders.n
  • Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.n
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and IT coordination.n
  • Ensure Asset registers and other internal documentation is up to date, current and relevant reporting
