You will be supporting several of the studios within ERA-co, focusing on Brand Experience, Urban Design and Productions.

The ERA-co Senior Account Manager role requires you to:nSuccessfully onboard new projects by establishing objectives and setting expectations from the outset.nEnsure projects have clear timings, ownership and deliverables.nYou drive projects daily and have oversight of all account management activity.nSuccessfully implement new processes to increase utilization and productivity across the ERA-co teams.nDevelop long-term relationships with key clients.

Have articulate, high level conversations with clients to manage life of project and grow business organically.nIn collaboration with the rest of the Account Management team and ERA-co leadership you will establish a robust utilization plan for all projects aligning resource needs with staff availability, strengths, and developmental needs to maintain project and staff efficiency across multiple teams.nOversee monthly finance reports.

Ensure approval of estimates prior to commencement and track/lead progress through to month end.

You thrive on the financial success of the project and make recommendations for growth of clients and projects across the portfolio.nWork side by side with the account management team to finalize month end, and work closely with our clients to ensure timing recovery of debtors.nArticulate a point of view on work.

Understand how art direction shapes creative. Help prepare and present the work as required.nBecome a new business Maven.

Identify opportunities within new and existing client networks to create opportunities for growth.nRecruit new talent and build a network to grow the team in line with projected year on year growth.


Your Experience:

n4-7 years' experience in the Agency sector, Advertising or Communication agency, CGI/visualisation agency or consultancy servicing clients and managing projects of similar output.nIdeally some exposure or experience with Real Estate or Placemaking.
