This position involves assisting young individuals in advancing, locating housing, and cultivating essential life and social abilities via programs conducted in both individual and group settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and help young people in finding and transitioning into housing, as well as providing continuous support.
  • Offer assistance to youths requiring crisis intervention sessions.
  • Maintain precise records of all young individuals, develop action plans, and monitor progress.
  • Recommend individuals for work experience and job opportunities.
  • Motivate and inspire young people to participate in and retain educational and job prospects.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in various areas such as Youth Work, Residential or Social Work, Probation, Community Work, Education and Training, or Housing.
  • Current knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
  • GCSE English and Math qualifications – Grade C or higher, or equivalent.
