Job Title: Holistic Support Coach

Job Summary:

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a skilled and compassionate Holistic Support Coach to join our team. As a Holistic Support Coach, you will play a vital role in providing a range of holistic support for learners and acting as a mentor to students who face challenges in sustaining regular attendance and falling below the agreed College attendance levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable and support learners to overcome barriers to progress and succeed.
  • Monitor student performance, achievement, and attendance, and take appropriate action to improve the chances of success.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the full range of opportunities and progression routes within Further and Higher Education.
  • Translate knowledge of statutory guidance around safeguarding and the Prevent Duty into practice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with people within an educational organization or youth work environment.
