Shorterm are currently assisting one of our long term clients with an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Department on a temporary, contract basis.
The purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day running of the Quality Management System by assisting with the administrative duties of the department.
The working hours of the role are:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 - 16:30
Friday: 8:00 - 12:00
Activities will include:
- Document administration
- Simple data gathering and analysis
- Ad hoc activities to support the functioning of the department.
- Experience working in an office environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- A willingness and ability to adapt to new computer systems as well as experience working in an office environment performing an administrative role.
- An eye for detail and a careful and considered approach to work is also essential as well as a readiness to work flexibly completing allocated tasks.
- Experience working in an AS9100 environment
- Understanding of aerospace QMS and regulatory requirements
