Education Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Education, Learning and Development Service as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and the provision of high-quality support to our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Education, Learning and Development Service, including managing email correspondence, updating databases, and maintaining records.
- Support the development of training programs and materials, including creating and editing documents, presentations, and other resources.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Education Business Manager and other team members to ensure the effective delivery of services and the achievement of departmental goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to learners, staff, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the Digital Education Team to ensure the effective use of technology and digital resources in the delivery of education and training programs.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above, or equivalent.
- NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent.
- Relevant experience of working in a general administrative background, including experience of working effectively with others and service users.
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritize own workload in line with departmental demands.
- Understanding of Code of Conduct in relation to Data Protection and Information Governance.
