Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Education, Learning and Development Service as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient delivery of education services across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Education, Learning and Development Service, including managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of education initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, managing resources, and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Education Business Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of education services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student placement hours, training registers, and other relevant data.
  • Provide administrative support to the Digital Education Team, including maintaining local databases and ensuring data accuracy.

Person Specification
  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above, or equivalent.
  • NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience of working in a general administrative background.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and use own initiative.
  • Understanding of Code of Conduct in relation to Data Protection and Information Governance.
