Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Education, Learning and Development Service as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient delivery of education services across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to enquiries and providing support to service users.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain accurate records of communication.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Education Business Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of education services.
  • Develop and maintain local databases for student IT access and record student placement hours.
  • Support the upload of data to regional and national systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Person Specification
  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above, or equivalent.
  • NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience of working in a general administrative background.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and use own initiative.
  • Understanding of Code of Conduct in relation to Data Protection and Information Governance.
