About the Role

Safran Landing Systems is a world leader in aircraft landing and braking systems, committed to safer, more sustainable aviation. We're seeking a skilled Assembly Quality Administrator to join our team in Gloucester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all labels and equipment lists are checked and available for inspectors.
  • Create traceability labels for units/sub-assemblies and verify their conformity.
  • Generate and print CT176 labels.
  • Record and verify serial numbers for critical parts.
  • Perform quality checks and validate paperwork for bought-in/supplied parts.
  • Request EASA form 1 from the dispatch team in advance of inspections.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative background.

  • An Apprenticeship in a relevant field would be beneficial.
  • Communication with internal and external customers (written and verbal).
  • Computer based software (Microsoft Office as a minimum).
  • Quality/Inspection mind set.
  • Working independently with minimum supervision.
