An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and well organised individual to join our friendly Oncology team as Support Medical Secretary.


The successful applicant will require previous Medical Secretary experience in a healthcare environment and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will be able to cope well under pressure and have a good understanding of the patient pathway.

You should enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and be confident liaising with patients, medical staff, general practitioners and referring hospitals.


The post holder will be expected to organise their workload and duties accordingly, in such a way to make a direct and positive contribution to the service, exercising initiative and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
