Smart Start Nursery School, situated in two Victorian townhouses in Gravesend, offers a fantastic starting point for a child's educational journey. We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Nursery Manager with excellent team leadership skills to help ensure the smooth and successful operations of the nursery in line with Storal's core principles.

You will play a key role in maintaining superior childcare standards, fostering a passion for learning among the staff and young ones under our care. Your responsibilities will include maximizing occupancy, marketing the nursery locally, and attracting top-tier educators to join your team.

Furthermore, you will be expected to lead and inspire the staff members while establishing strong partnerships with parents through enduring relationships.

About you:

  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent
  • Demonstrate prior managerial experience in an early years environment
  • Possess an understanding of special educational needs and promoting equal opportunities
  • Show proven proficiency in nursery administration with a focus on business acumen
  • Display a strong commitment to delivering exceptional childcare standards
