We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to cover a maternity leave position at our Smart Start Nursery School in Gravesend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged [insert age range]
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the nursery and attract high-quality educators
  • Ensure the nursery operates in accordance with Storal's values and standards
  • Collaborate with the educator team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage nursery administration, including budgeting and resource allocation
Requirements
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent
  • Proven managerial experience within an early years setting
  • Understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity
  • Proven experience within nursery administration, with a commercial mindset
