About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to cover a maternity leave position at our Smart Start Nursery School in Gravesend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the educator team in delivering high standards of childcare and instilling a love of learning in children.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the setting and attract high-quality educators.
  • Ensure the highest standards of nursery administration and commercial acumen.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven managerial experience within an early years setting.
  • Understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity.
  • Commercial mindset and experience in nursery administration.
