Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Officer at BETA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our firm's adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review and Approval of

Marketing Materials:
Carefully assess and approve marketing materials to ensure they align with regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Development and Maintenance of Compliance Procedures and Policies: Create and maintain uptodate compliance procedures and policies that reflect current regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Compliance Advisory: Provide expert guidance and advice on various aspects of compliance procedures and policies to internal teams, ensuring that all staff members are wellinformed and compliant.
  • FCA Standards and Requirements: Ensure that all investment and marketing materials meet the standards and requirements set forth by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Law, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of FCA regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
