A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR AT THE HILTON GARDEN INN STOKE-ON-TRENT
- What you'll be doing..._
- Supervising the reception team members to ensure all company procedures, standards and brand values are being adhered to and delivered.
- Assisting with the day to day operation of the reception desk as required and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently being delivered to our guests.
- Identifying customer service problems or issues before they arise.
- Displaying a positive, friendly and informal manner with customers.
- Showing a sense of urgency on behalf of customers and actions requests quickly.
- Undertaking work in a wellorganised and systematic way.
- Working effectively with colleagues and other departments.
- Striving for excellence by paying attention to important detail.
- Ensuring promises are kept by following through on customers' requests.
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling, crossselling and achieving addonsales.
- Supporting and coaching less experienced members of the team during shifts and have specific areas of responsibility for the department.
