Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Use Trauma Informed, Person centered style of communication when speaking with individuals who have been bereaved through suicide.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Support the Suicide Bereavement Liasion Officer in monitoring and evaluating the service,
  • Data entry into various computerized systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative officer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in using office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Experieince of working within mental health services/third sector.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Phone etiquette skills are essential for this role including counselling skills.

Pay:
£27,000.00 per year
