We have a vacancy opening up for a Part time/Full time Office Admin Assistant.
Minimum hours of 27.5 a week (9am-3pm, Monday - Friday) with the opportunity for flexi-time and additional hours up to 40 hours a week.
Duties:
- Process incoming purchase invoices and upload them to accounting software
- Manage and maintain office supplies
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate and communicate with insurance companies
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Create repair invoices and send them to the relevant companies for payment
- Report to the Accounts Manager
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience within automotive industry/office environment preferred
- An enthusiastic approach and eagerness to learn.
- Good general IT skills including MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of systems such as Xero, Hubdoc, Audatex or Autoflow desirable but not essential.
