As the Head of HR Group Functions, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our global synergy initiatives, establishing best practices, and supporting our central group functions.

Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer, you'll partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic people priorities, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives. With around 35 employees currently and plans to expand, this is a unique opportunity to lead and shape HR within a dynamic and growing organisation.

From talent management and performance improvement to organisational development and compliance, you'll lead by example and set the standard for HR excellence. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and dive into hands-on tasks like employee relations and data management. Your ability to communicate and collaborate at a senior level while also getting your hands dirty when needed will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role. You'll need to be a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, driving results and delivering impact at all levels of the organisation. With excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a knack for problem-solving, you'll thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your experience in international HR and knowledge of industry trends will be essential as we navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving global market. Plus, your passion for people and commitment to excellence will set you apart as a leader in our organisation.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a business partner and advisor to senior leaders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends
  • M&A experience and private equity exposure are advantageous

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD) or coaching qualification is desirable
