Full Job Description
We are hiring a new Customer Service Advisor to expand our growing team.
Ideally you will have experience in the customer service field - dealing with queries, order chasing and other miscellaneous tasks that are required throughout the working week.
This role involves but not limited to:
- Taking phone calls to help with customer queries
- Problem solving
- Dealing with out of stock fabrics and informing the customer
- Liaising closely with other departments in the factory
- Write down customer orders for processing
- Some data entry
- Occasional complaint handling
- Take card payments
The Person:
- Basic computer skills outlook, excel and word
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all work
- Be able to work closely with other colleagues in the customer care department
- Be able to follow verbal and written instructions from Management
- Be tidy, organised and able to work accurately and to a high standard under pressure to meet demand
- Be flexible in approach and working time to meet workload
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Good personality and excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge in window blinds is advantageous but not essential
Working hours from:9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday.
