Vacancy Shop and Post Office Counter Assistant
A Counter Assistant is required for Shop and Post Office.
This is a part-time position: you will be working a weekday morning shift and Saturday mornings, and flexibility to cover occasional staff holiday or sickness.
Hours may vary from week to week, but will normally be 11.25 hours.Westbury Community Shop is more than a place to buy groceries and post letters.
As a member of the shop team, you will make a positive contribution to village life and become a friendly recognisable face within our community.
We are looking for someone with great communication and customer service skills who has a positive attitude and can work well as part of a small team.
Attention to detail and the ability to focus in a busy environment is essential.
The starting rate of pay is £10.42 per hour, rising to £10.83 on satisfactory completion of a 3-month probationary period.
