Requirements:

  • A graduate or a school leaver with a strong passion for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entry requirement grads
  • 3 'A' Levels with Grades A-C or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards problemsolving.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
