**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers and stakeholders to settle claims quickly and effectively.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to facilitate speedy claims settlement.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve complaints effectively and empathetically, understanding diverse customer needs.
