**Requirements**:

- A graduate or a school leaver with a strong passion for customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entry requirement grads
- 3 ‘A’ Levels with Grades A-C or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
