An industry leader and have exciting plans to continue growing. We're looking for a driven, enthusiastic Channel Partner Manager to be part of this growth

As Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, prioritising, and driving strategic business through new and existing partners and channels. In this role, the contributions are high impact as you lead initiatives to build global alliances, partnerships, and programs to drive growth in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Evaluate current partner community, validate viability and present a 'keep, remove, more' recommendation back to Senior Management.
  • Conduct a new growth and development Business Plan with each Partner across the product portfolio that align to companies value proposition and mission.
  • Create ongoing alignment between the partner and the companies sales organisations, develop new go-to-market business plans and deploy measurement KPI's supporting bookings growth, quota, and OKR metrics including collaborative joint account and opportunity alignment sessions with the company and Partner sellers.
  • Work with partner marketing to drive demand generation campaigns and go-to-market initiatives that increase pipeline.
  • Establish training and enablement plans with partners to ensure they are skilled at representing the business across sales, solutions engineering, and implementation personas.
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and quarterly company business QBR's.
  • Own and manage partner account profiles, solution portfolios, pipelines in (SFDC), and other reporting tools and report on the business in a timely manner.

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing partner/channel relationships that drive revenue and growth.
  • Experience with SaaS or software solutions across one or more vertical industry markets.
  • Strong business management and analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and managing Global Systems Integrators (GSI's) and Systems Integrators.
  • This is a hybrid role so you must be willing to spend two days per week in Hammersmith, London office.
  • Experience working with channel partner throughout EMEA.

  • Pay is evaluated annually based on your performance unless business conditions inhibit otherwise.

Salary

The salary for this position is a basic salary of £85,000 plus an OTE of £50,000. There is a benefits package on top of this.
